Terms for using InfoNext UK services
1. Who we are
InfoNext UK provides information, research, administrative support, practical guidance, case organisation and professional-coordination services relating to life in, or plans to come to, the United Kingdom.
Contact email: hello@infonextuk.co.uk.
Registered office and correspondence address: Flat 3, 428-432 Bearwood Road, Smethwick, Birmingham, B66 4EY, United Kingdom.
2. Our services
Services may include Quick Answers, Research & Options, Action Plans, application or booking support, shopping research, career support, housing research, education research, driving and UK administration support, UK Visit, Study & Work Preparation, Visa & Immigration Information Support, Moving & Settling support, and Professional Coordination.
The exact scope, price and expected delivery will be confirmed before paid work begins.
3. Regulated professional matters
InfoNext UK does not provide regulated immigration, legal, mortgage, credit, investment, insurance or other regulated professional advice unless that advice is supplied directly by an appropriately authorised professional.
For regulated matters, we may help organise your facts, timeline, documents and questions, explain published information, and help you identify, refer to or coordinate with an appropriate authorised professional. For non-regulated applications, we may assist with the application process or apply on your behalf where legally and practically permitted. We will not present regulated advice or representation as our own.
4. Overseas customers
We may provide services to customers outside the UK who are considering visiting, studying, working or settling in the UK. These services can include research into official information, courses, jobs, practical preparation, travel-related research and case preparation.
We do not guarantee a visa, admission, job offer, sponsorship, travel permission, accommodation, loan, mortgage or any other outcome.
5. Enquiry reference
When you submit an enquiry through the website, you are given an enquiry reference beginning with INX-. Please keep this reference and quote it in all later communication about that enquiry. This includes follow-up questions, payment queries, cancellation requests, refund requests, complaints and any other correspondence relating to the same matter.
6. Prices and payment
Submitting an enquiry is an intake step only. It does not include a substantive answer, research or assessment. After reviewing the information needed to identify the scope, we will confirm the service, total InfoNext UK price and expected delivery time before you decide whether to proceed.
For Quick Answers, we may prepare the response before payment and release the full answer only after successful payment. For Research & Options, Action Plans, case preparation and other larger services, payment is required before substantive work begins. Where we use an online payment processor, we do not add a separate mandatory card-processing, booking or administration fee at checkout. The total InfoNext UK price confirmed to you is the amount you pay to us for the agreed scope.
If the scope changes, we will explain the additional work and price before carrying it out. Any independent professional or third-party fee is identified separately and is only incurred with your agreement.
Prices shown on the website may be fixed prices or starting prices. Where a service is quoted individually, the total InfoNext UK price will be confirmed before you decide whether to proceed.
7. Quick Answer upgrades
If a Quick Answer turns out to require Research & Options, we may offer to credit the amount already paid toward the higher-level service. Any upgrade price will be confirmed before additional work begins.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information. You must check any personal details, declarations, application answers and documents before you submit them to a government body, employer, university, lender, insurer or other organisation.
You should not send unnecessary sensitive information, passport copies, bank details, passwords or security credentials unless we have specifically requested them for an agreed service and there is a clear need.
9. Sources and changing information
We aim to use reliable and current sources, including official sources where appropriate. Rules, prices, eligibility criteria, availability and third-party policies can change. Information is therefore provided on the basis of the sources available at the time we carry out the work.
10. Third parties and referrals
InfoNext UK is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the UK Government, any government department, university, employer, lender, insurer, solicitor, immigration adviser, consultancy, retailer or other third party unless a specific relationship is expressly stated.
If we refer or introduce you to a third party, that organisation is responsible for its own advice, services, fees, terms and decisions. Any referral fee or commercial relationship that is relevant to your decision will be disclosed where required.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply to a service bought at a distance, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation period from the date the service contract is made.
If you ask us to begin work during that period, you expressly request early performance of the service. If you later cancel before the service is complete, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed. If the service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, your cancellation right may end once the service is completed.
If we have not started work, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the payment method used.
Cancellation request
You can cancel by emailing hello@infonextuk.co.uk and clearly stating your name, your INX enquiry reference, service purchased, purchase date and that you wish to cancel. You do not have to use any specific wording. Quoting the INX reference helps us identify the correct matter promptly.
12. Delivery times
We will tell you the expected delivery time for the service. Urgent or time-sensitive work is only accepted when we expressly confirm that deadline.
13. No guarantee of outcome
Our role is to provide information, research, practical support and preparation. Decisions made by government bodies, universities, employers, landlords, lenders, insurers, courts, professional advisers and other organisations are outside our control.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, contact us at hello@infonextuk.co.uk, quote your INX enquiry reference, and give us the details of the problem. We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
15. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, InfoNext UK retains ownership of its original templates, branding, website content and research formats. You may use the specific response or action plan supplied to you for your own personal purposes.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so. Subject to that, InfoNext UK is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, changes made by third parties after our work was completed, or decisions made by independent third parties.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business develops. The version that applies to a paid service will be the version made available when that service is purchased.
18. Governing law
These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
