How InfoNext UK handles your information
1. Who is responsible for your information
InfoNext UK is responsible for the personal information it receives and uses for its information, research and support services.
Privacy contact: hello@infonextuk.co.uk.
Registered office and correspondence address: Flat 3, 428-432 Bearwood Road, Smethwick, Birmingham, B66 4EY, United Kingdom.
2. Information we may collect
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your country or location;
- the question, circumstances, goal and deadline you provide;
- messages and correspondence with us;
- documents or information you later provide for an agreed service;
- payment and transaction records when paid services are introduced;
- records of services purchased and work delivered;
- your INX enquiry reference, used to link later correspondence to the correct enquiry.
3. How we collect information
We may receive information directly from you through WhatsApp, email, website forms, video calls, social media or other agreed communication channels. We may also receive information from a professional you have authorised us to communicate with.
The website enquiry form is submitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, so that you can send the form without leaving the website. The website itself does not keep a separate browser-side copy of your completed form. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. The submitted enquiry is delivered to InfoNext UK's business email account and is also sent through a Google Apps Script webhook into InfoNext UK's Google Sheets query-management dashboard so that enquiries can be organised and prioritised.
4. Why we use your information
- to understand your enquiry and confirm the appropriate service;
- to provide research, information, administrative support or an action plan;
- to communicate with you about the service;
- to coordinate with an authorised professional where you have asked us to do so;
- to manage payments, accounting, complaints and business records;
- to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Our lawful bases
Depending on the situation, we may rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.
If special-category information becomes necessary for a particular service, we will only use it where there is an appropriate lawful condition. Please do not send special-category information unless it is genuinely relevant and requested.
6. Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information.
Where necessary, we may share information with service providers that support our communications, website, payments or administration, or with an appropriately authorised professional where you have asked us to coordinate your matter. We may also disclose information where required by law.
7. Third-party platforms
The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to deliver submissions to us and Google services to record submitted enquiries in our internal query-management spreadsheet. If you choose to contact us using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or another third-party service, that platform will also process information under its own privacy terms. We recommend reviewing the relevant provider's privacy information if you have concerns about how it processes data.
8. International transfers
Some communications, hosting or technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this applies, we will use providers and safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable data-protection requirements.
9. How long we keep information
Routine enquiries that do not become paid customer matters are normally kept for no longer than 90 days unless there is a valid reason to retain them longer.
Customer and transaction records may be kept for up to six years after the service ends where this is reasonably necessary for accounting, contractual, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. We will delete information earlier where it is no longer needed and there is no legal reason to retain it.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to limit access to customer information, use appropriate account security and avoid collecting more data than we need. No online communication method is completely risk-free, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
11. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis used.
To make a privacy request, email hello@infonextuk.co.uk. If your request relates to a specific enquiry, please quote the relevant INX reference so we can locate the correct record.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we use your information, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.
13. Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising or marketing analytics cookies on this website. If that changes, this notice and any required cookie controls will be updated before those tools are introduced.
14. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice when our services, technology providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this website.
